EMFM- 0077

This flow meter matches with the standard of flow   meters now available in the market.It measures the  flow rate   in literes/sec format. It provides data in foot per second also.A calibrated flow prediction is displayed on the meter while not in zero flow condition.This value is made rewritable and stays non volatile even in power OFF condition.A computer interface is also available.A unique feature which  resets the totalizer  to       zero using a password is also avaliable.

EMFM-4513

All the features have been implemented. Prototype is ready.The product and technology transfer will be ready by the end of September 2014.This  flow meter is dual coil type. It features 12bit ADC  and so the resolution is upto  four decimal places .Flow rate is available both in  LPS (Literes Per  Sec) and FPS (Foot Per Second).It has a built in totalizer which can be   reset to zero using a password.It also has a Form Factor  input which is software  configurable  by keyboard entry.It  also features a software lock which will be actuated when a wrong password is entered.The  wrong entry of the password will be checked  three times and after that  a power off/on of the device is required.It also has  a pump switch which when made ON will enable the motor when device is ON.

FMS-84

Prototype is ready.The product and technology transfer will be ready by the second week of December 2017.This circuit consist of a serial bus (RS232) bifurcated into two.One is mainly to control the GPS module and other is to control the GSM module.Latitude and Longitude are extracted from the NMEA 0183 string.A proper alogorithm is written in firmware to convert it into valid Latitude and Longitude.A valid GPRS connection is established and the data is send to the server.This data is read by the Java application and plotted on to a Google Map. If the GPRS signal cannot be established, it will then retry with a new latitude and longitude after 30 seconds.The time gap is configurable in software.Only one external connection, that is to the  twelve volt supply through the car charger.

TRAQ-007

This product is to be used as an android application to find location of buses (or any vehicle). Now presently it is configured with two features, namely single bus information and multi-bus information.In single bus information the user has to click on the bus image and then the corresponding location of that bus will be displayed with the trip data, location, and air distance.When you click the second option, the multibus information shows all the buses available at a particular distance (can be configured by the user) from passenger (user).The violet marker pin shows the current location of the passenger while the orange shows the location of the buses. The finished product is now available for sale.There is also a feature which checks WiFi / internet connection while you are using the app. A driver app is also developed for installing on the bus. Now presently the bus data available are dummies.

FMS-84 (Hybrid)

This product contains mainly two parts one part is the driver application (android) and other is the php code which helps to add,delete or edit vehicle details. The driver app needs to get itself installed on the driver's mobile.The web site code helps the user to find the latitude, longitude, speed, altitude date and time.The website code also have the admin and normal access.The admin acess helps the admin to find the users and the vehicle numbers their routes and also the history of the vehicles on a calender basis. The same history is available for each user separately on calender basis. Now presently the product is fully developed and is ready for sale. There is also a feature which checks WiFi / internet connection while you are using the driver app.

KP-100 (Java based)

This project was mainly developed for helping Kerala Police especially the traffic police (can be used for similar applications). This is basically an android based penality(leveing fine) and cash recovery system.The first app(APK file) can be used by the police to leavy fines for a particular misconduct of traffic rule (Say if a person is not wearing SEAT BELT). The flow of the code is like logging on to the server with username and password.Then select the particular traffic rule violation and then enter 10 digit mobile number of the traveller and the app directly send an SMS to the mobile user (Traveller) like an SMS alarm with an OTP and a case in the traffic police department will be filed. On the user app (second APK file) , after noting down the messsage details (OTP) and CODE (say ITEMCODE -0001).  Select the corresponding ITEMCODE    ( say ITEMCODE - 001) pay the leveied  fine (say Rs 20) using GooglePay and then enter the OTP.The money will be automatically transfered to the Kerala Police Department Account. In the back end (in database) after entering the OTP the token will be disabled making it a one time payment.Now about database support,I am giving it till November 2021. The php files required will also be given along with full version.This will help you to load the corresponding files on to any server.Lastly two demo videos also will be provided.

(Java based)

This product helps a user to select different apps (basically APK files) from the list of apps and then pay for the corresponding app selected through UPI id. Once paid the SHOP(app) downloads the selected app into the internal memory.Note: This feature disables a person (user) from copying to another (user) as it will not be visible. The SHOP(app) will provide a timeout after 120 sec and the user will have only four attempts. If download is not getting done the user will loose the money that was paid for buying the app from the list after four attempts. So make sure you are in good internet/WiFi connected area..!!!.The SHOP(app) works only from or above API  (level - 26).Now about database support,I am giving it till November 2021. The php files required will also be given along with full version.This will help you to load the corresponding files on to any server.Lastly a demo video also will be provided.

BUS DRL Flasher  (Commercial Project)

This project was mainly developed with the inspiration from KOMBAN bus (a famous luxury video coach in kerala).The prototype is ready.The project mainly works on a 8-bit microcontroller.The prototype is mainly used to control twenty four DRL lights using relay and mosfets.There are mainly three boards, one is the bottom board (which contains the microcontroller) and the next, the middle board and the top board which are used to control eight seperate DRL lights.The programming is mainly in C language.A 24V from battery of bus is required for making it fully functional.For development purpose the prototype can be made to work on a 12-0-12V AC transformer.The three boards consume 5Amps in total on full load.All the details will be given on the DVD which comes with the product.

MPPT Solar charger & Inverter   (Domestic / Office usage)

This project has two parts or sections.

MPPT based solar charger

Solar charger will be able to take input of 250W - 500W (maximum) from the solar panel. Each solar panel will be monitored by a micro-controller and driven by mosfets which boosts the current which makes it sufficient to charge a 12V battery. So combining the two solar panels the charging can be done for 24V battery (two 12V combined). According to calcuation, it will take three days of time to fully charge two 12V batteries from low battery charge.All the details will be displayed on an LCD (display). Added to this there will be LEDs which shows the charger & battery status.

Inverter which provides supply

Inverter will be a sine wave based one.As per the design it will be able to drive a maximum load of 1000VA (1KVA). Battery supply will be two 12V tubular batteries which will be of 180Ah each. Whenever there is no supply the inverter will turn on.This automatic control of the change over is achieved by the micro-controller.

Study: Make a through study on different types of sensors available and their advantages and disadvantages.Consult a mechanic and learn about the sensors used in the available digital meters. If possible try opening a digital autorickshaw meter and collect the waveforms of different setups with a CRO.


Risk : Complexity involved is very high.If you have the good support of relevent people both theoritical knowlege (staff of different departments) and people with practical knowlege like an auto mechanic / technician, you will succeed.

Intelligent CAR A/C (Students Project)

This project was mainly developed for students. The prototype is ready.The project mainly works on a 8-bit microcontroller.Sensor used is of one wire type with 12-bit data resolution.An EEPROM is available for setting the temperature.The temperature can be varied from 16 degrees to 32 degrees in steps of 0.5 degrees.The relay which has to be connected to the positive lines (IN and OUT) of the A/C which gets powered ON when the sensor read value is greater than the set value which is stored in the EEPROM.As the sensor detects a temperature with 2 degrees less than the set value the relay turns OFF making the A/C to turn OFF. The set value (temperature) can be varied by push ON switches.All the details will be given on the DVD which comes with the product.

Automated Wireless Charger             (Students Project)

Last month after meeting a group of students at an electronic shop, I was surprised to hear an idea from them. The concept was to make a wireless charger.It basically consist of an 8-bit microcontroller with display and an EEPROM interface.User can vary the time for charging using the four switches available.This value is stored in the EEPROM.When the microcontroller detects a mobile which is inserted in the cradle, the counter will start.The relay will be turned ON. Once the counter reaches the SET Time it will switch OFF the relay making it to complete the cycle.The prototype is now ready.On purchase of this project, a group of things will be delivered as listed.All the details relating to this will be available on the DVD which comes along with the product.
